At Dio Candle, we want you to love every scent that fills your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused candles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the unused candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
